Sejal
Sejal has been practicing yoga all her life beginning with mantra and traditional practice of asana and pranayama as practiced and understood by her ancestors and mentored by her grandfather from a very young age. During her time California, as she earned her Doctorate degree in clinical psychology; with a concentration in Eastern psychology, she pursued the practice of various styles of yoga asana and supplemented her knowledge and practice of yoga philosophy.
As a clinician, she weaved mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama into traditional Western treatment and continues to embed these practices into the yoga classes she offers. She teaches her favorite yoga practices and you will find her leading Yin, Restorative, Chair, Nidra and Meditation classes-all the stuff that gets you to go in deep and linger for a while.
Sejal is passionate about teaching, spreading, and exposing people to yoga that is authentic to promote change in oneself and bridges divisiveness towards the goal of personal and collective wellbeing and union.
