Emma
Emma took her first yoga class at 11 years old with her earliest childhood friend. They giggled quietly throughout the class as they looked around the room trying to figure out how to "do" yoga. Many years and yoga classes later, Emma has discovered that yoga is not about "doing," but about "being." Being present—present to each moment, present with each breath… present on this journey we call “life.”
Emma is a RYT200 yoga instructor, currently pursuing a 500hr training. She holds certifications in meditation, mindfulness, yin yoga, holistic coaching, and compassionate inquiry. Emma is passionate about positive psychology—the scientific study of human flourishing. She aspires to nurture and empower her students to reconnect with their heart and live a bold and beautiful life, true to their essence.
